What is collectedמה נאסף

On this site, only what you put in the waitlist form: your email address, and, if you give them, the name of your yeshiva or organization and which hat you are wearing. We also note which language you were reading in, so we write back in it. In the app, a yeshiva enters what it needs to run a mivtzah: the names of its bochurim, the shiur each is in, and, if the yeshiva chooses, an email address for a bochur or a parent. Then the entries themselves: who was present, what was counted, which hachlata was kept, on which day. Photos only if the yeshiva turns that on, and only after a staff member approves each one. In a database hosted by Supabase in the United States (their us-east-1 region). The site itself is served by Vercel. A yeshiva’s data is visible to that yeshiva’s own staff and to the bochurim enrolled in a campaign, and to nobody else. That is enforced by the database itself (row-level security), not by hiding buttons. We, the people building Mivtzah, can see the waitlist and can reach the database to keep the system running. A yeshiva can export its own roster and entries from the app at any time. To have your email taken off the waitlist, or to have a person’s data removed from a yeshiva’s workspace, reply to any email you have had from us, or ask the yeshiva that entered the details and they will pass it on.
